Black Belts are process oriented individuals with thorough knowledge on both voice of customers and voice of business. Black Belts must lead complex projects impacting the entire business spectrum of an organization. Black Belts must mentor and coach Green Belts and create a sustainable people and physical infrastructure for continual improvement in the organization. Black Belt must possess the ability to present the financial impact of each project to the top management.
